Shiitake & Sake is the newest incarnation of the sushi bar in Midian City, serving up the very best in authentic, pre-war Japanese cuisine (noodle bowls, sushi, and yakatori when we can get the meat). The majority of fish for the bar is imported--for your safety--but a slim percentage of the catch does come from the waters around Midian. Ask about our daily specials. Cho constantly helms the counter, to take your order night or day. Which may explain why he's so darn grouchy...
